So I went to the California Democratic Convention in San Diego, where I attended a few press conferences. At my very first one, I was told "raise your hand and ask a good question." Easier said than done. Especially when the person calling on you is Hillary Clinton. And what's a good question for her: "boxers or briefs?" I quickly learned this rule: politicians only call on their friends. Note to self: make more friends in politics.
