It all boils down to what Reagan did in 1988 bowing to pressure from the right: "Abolishing the Fairness Doctrine" which allowed channels like Fox News and Rush Limbaugh to exist. 92% of radio talk show hosts are right wing persuasion. Public airwaves belong to the public and the fairness doctrine must be restored. Insist that the presidential candidates promise to restore the fairness doctrine and bust the 5 media monopolies which control our thought process.

Ask yourself, "Why?"

USC (United States Code) Title 28 § 3002 reads:
Definitions - (15) : The United States is a federal corporation.

UCC (Universal Commercial Code) Article 9, § 9-307. LOCATION OF DEBTOR (h) reads:
The location of the United States is in the District of Columbia.

** Anytime you declare that you are a "United States" citizen — or citizen of the "United States" — you join in the rebellion that is noted in Section 2 of the 14th Amendment; when you vote as such a person, or contribute to Social Security, or any other federal program as a U.S. citizen — without denouncing "United States" citizenship by proper process — you are in REBELLION against your "constitutional state government".

Please understand, for those born in **ANY** of "The United States of America":
(1) The "United States" is a federal corporation located in D.C. - that was created by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America; which established a new Body Politic (alongside the dejure USA, which is based in private statutory law - that replaced, the more superior, Common Law).
(2) "The United States of America" is a Federal Constitutional Republic; which is composed of 46 separate sovereign Republics and 4 Commonwealths; whose dejure constitutions have been rendered dormant since the days of "Reconstruction".
(3) A State is a government.
(4) Human beings live **NOT** in governments.
(5) Human beings live in countries, whose governments report to its NATIONALS.
(6) Your "State" is, in fact, a separate country (which are each, also, recognized as sovereign countries under international law); as Member States of the European Community are separate countries.
(7) THEREFORE, your **LEGAL STATUS** [i.e. your "STATE" nationality (not your federal citizenship)] is the only **LEGAL STATUS** that protects your inalienable rights.
(8) Inalienable rights are granted **NOT** by a Constitution.
(9) Inalienable rights are granted by God, Our Father; which are established by your STATE CONSTITUTION. Read the Constitution of the state (country) in which you were born (or now reside); as your rightful ***STATE NATIONALITY*** has been stolen from you - through private contracts with the U.S. Federal Government. [Indeed, the REAL (federal) ID Act, which is yet another private federal contract, is meant to be the FINAL BLOW to your inalienable rights. Just research that a "driver" is a COMMERCIAL title. As a COMMERCIAL operator, you are under state jurisdiction. NON-COMMERCIAL vehicle operators need **NOT** a license to drive].
(10) As a U.S. (federal) citizen, you have "privileges & immunities" -- But not rights!

READ the (never-ratified) 14th Amendment, grammatically - by ignoring all subordinate phrases or clauses.
