Courage Campaign, together with many other organizations, have kicked off their Dreams Across America tour -- an effort to bring much needed attention to immigration reform. Dreams Across America is a real and virtual train trip across the United States, leaving L.A.'s Union Station today and arriving in Washington D.C. on June 18th.
More from Courage Campaign:
Dreams Across America is a first ever conjoining of traditional immigrant's rights groups with online storytelling and organizing. Our goal is to humanize immigrants that make America the diverse, strong and compassionate nation that has always grown and propsered from new waves of immigration. So, instead of repeating the marches of hundreds of thousands in the streets, Dreams Across America will profile 100 people who are either immigrants themselves or whose lives have been touched by immigrants. These are our dreamers.Learn more at the Dreams Across America web site. You’ll meet Cathy Gurney (watch video). Cathy is from Chico, California where she and her husband employ sixty people in a landscaping business. Watch her story. And then, get on the train with us.

As one of the founders of the tour and organizers of the event and coalition I am shocked Courage Campaign is credited with the entire campaign. This is absurd. We are a huge team and you all should be ashamed to promote one organization!
Those of us in the trenches know who did what. You all just know what you talk about at fancy dinners.
