When a guy who owns a media empire tries to outlaw independant media, even the stupidest Americans can see the conflict of interest. Bloomie thinks this is the way government should be run. A government comprised of the big guys, for the big guys. The rest of us are just fodder, used and abused, seen only as fuel for the burning ambition every Oligarch pursues. Bloomie is just another rich tyrant looking to do it his way. If you're a Bloomie pal or a developer, that's good but for the rest of us, the deal stinks.
Look at Bloomies stadium deal that was tantamount to public theft that he tried to shove down out throats in a back room deal after he engineered a scheme to sidestep a public referendum. He wanted the city to buy the Jets a 800 million dollar stadium in one of the most congested parts of town which is also a conduit for much of traffic coming in and out of Manhattan. This guy is as corrupt as they come. The truth on Bloomie is coming out more and more each day.
He is unfit for public service. He should be in a cage or prison cell. He destroys New York with what can only be described as demented indifference.
Don't let Bloomie buy the Governorship. He is a sick guy with a infested brain. Stop this foul contagion from getting out.
