Hardball's Chris Matthews takes Laura The Ingrateful Ham to task for her partisan attack on MoveOn.org, pointing out that the straw-man issue is an attempt to deflect attention from an indefensible war.
Clearly uncomfortable without her leopard mini-skirt, Ingraham squirms her way through the White House talking points before throwing a fit at the end and telling Matthews,
You know I like your brother more than I like you.
To which Matthews responded,
You know Laura, it's hard to face the truth.

-Oil company cartel exploitation of things is one matter -and a seperate matter. -As is George
Bush's foolish swaggering declaration of victory
-and mis-management issues.
The fact is that Iraq sits on top of one of the world's largest oil reserves -and was ruled
by a Stalinist Muslimist dictator who exulted
publicly over the 9/11 attack is quite another.
Oil -and the the position of Iraq geographically
are huge geo-poliitical strategic factors -factors which none of us can-either in the us -Europe or elewhere can ignore...
Unless you yourselves have given up driving cars
and heating your homes. Iraq would've had to have been addressed sooner or later. A real problem with the Bush legacy is that -his father should've taken care of it a decade before.
-And why do Left and Right both ignore the real
need for a no-exceptions civil and military draft?
-Other countries have it -Europe has it. Maybe
we'd all be a bit more sober about things if we'd spent more time outside our comfort zones.
-If one wishes to defend the Iraq involvement
-one should not be squeamish about laying out
the strategic realities of the modern world.
I vivdly remember back in the 70'S -when the Shah
fell -Lefties were all jubilant. 'finally the
US stooge is out!' -I was not among them.
To hate teh Iraq situation is become too reflexive
-and too glib. Too many comfort zone couch princes calling the shots.
-Again -bring back the draft. Oil execs children
-CEOS -trust fund rodents -ALLL MUST SERVE!
