I can not believe that we are so close not far at all removed from sitting our Black behinds in the back of the bus. I have heard of the Jena 6, and knew a little bit about it, but I have not gone and researched massively on the issue as I am now. I think a lot of our youth are bamboozled (not sure how to spell) on this issue. I honestly may not have looked more into it myself if it was not for me choosing this subject for my college freshman research paper. You know how they say that ignorance is bliss, well I am glad that I have found so much information about this incident and so many following incidents but man, my 18 years of experience was not ready for all that I have explored on the internet, let alone all of the on going racism. MY YOUTH, WE REALLY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING NOW!!!! WE ARE SLOWLY BUT SURELY REPEATING HISTORY AND SOME OF US ARE JUST TOO BLIND TO EVEN SEE IT WHEN THESE CRAKERS ARE THROWIN IT RIGHT IN OUR FACES!!! WE ARE NO LONGER INFERIOR TO THESE WHITE PEOPLE, I LOOK AT THEM AND THINK THEY WILL BE WORKING FOR ME ONE DAY!
