Regarding your Aids statement: None of us can say for sure where it came from, and when and if there will ever be a cure. I certainly don’t hold Africans responsible, even if it did originate there (which is unproven). There are just so many conspiracy theories on this subject. A doctor, whom I worked with in the U.S. Army, claimed that he has seen top-secret documents proving that the Army invented it for biological warfare, but he was probably just blowing smoke. One thing I do know is that billions of dollars are being wasted searching for the cure. How do I know that this money is being wasted? They are looking for the wrong cure. A scientist has proven that HIV has nothing to do with Aids, but the government has kept this information under wraps, and the mainstream media doesn’t even know about it. His tests prove that the theory that HIV causes Aids is lacking any scientific proof whatsoever. He said that when scientists are trying to figure out if a particular virus causes a particular disease, the first test is to inject the virus into an animal to see if it develops the disease in question. If it does, it proves their theory, and if it doesn’t, it disproves it (and they move on). This is the most basic of tests for this type of research and the HIV causing AIDS theory just doesn’t hold water. I wish they could find a cure, because it has just been too long now.

My one problem with this is issue besides that Jena is getting a bad rap that is simply slanderous and untrue is that when it is said that the punishments were not equal and that this is injustice is that you are not viewing the events as you should. If viewed by taking everyone who was involved in any fight and just listing started fight next to them and ignoring the incedents but just saying all these kids were in a fight, then yes this would be an injustice, but unfortunately for that argument every incedent is unique and so should the punishments, every black student who gets caught fighting does not get tried for attempted murder or arrested, but when you view the facts, that the victim was attacked from behind making the six to one odds even more swayed to his disadvantage, when you consider the attack was pre-meditated, and that once the victim was unconscious that the beating continued until they were pulled off you have to consider that the attackers did not have a limit to what they were trying to inflict, they were kicking while being pulled off by administrators. When viewing this incedent attempted murder is not a stretch because it is not unlike many cases where acts of the same sort are seen as lynchings. No, the kids associated with fights aside from this incedent did not recieve such harsh penalties, but they recieved what fit their individual incedent, such as second degree battery chrges, expulsions, and suspensions.

My one argument about the justice system being unfair is that it is unfair for someone who has violated his probation several times to be seen as a hero and released after the judicial system was harassed, and yes from president down to correction center custodian letters, calls, rallies, and threatned suits were issued to bully the system to making special arrangments for a convicted felon who violated his probation not once but twice in a six month span, I dont care about race, gender, sexual orientation, or religous affiliation the law should not make special exceptions for anyone, and there needs to be charges for anyone who attempts to compromise the system, because convicted felons should not be celebrated celebrated, and before you call me racist John... then answer me this if six white boys pre-meditate an attack on a black student, send him to the hospital and do all of it because he is black, wouldnt that be a lynching?!
