You know, I always thought this was the best plan out there. Unfortunately Biden chose to run in 2008 with a number of awesome candidates for the Democratic nomination, so when it came down to actually voting he was maybe my fifth or sixth choice. Obama was the right choice, but I'm glad to see that Biden's plan for Iraq may again see the light of day when he becomes Vice President.
