Here we go again. It's an old story now. Republican member of Congress runs for office and uses wife as a prop while extolling "Christian values" non-stop (see Vitter and LaTourette). Republican member of Congress gets to DC and starts seeing that there are other fish in the ocean, whether they cost duckets or are freebies.
Usually these fish have been alive half as long as they have. They then cheat on their wife and either 1) Say it's ok, and they've worked it out by getting God's blessing, or 2) Leave their wife.
Keller, like LaTourette, did the latter. And like LaTourette, he is in a vulnerable district. Have a fun reelection campaign pal!
UPDATE: How did I miss all of this other good stuff? He has now wed his chief of staff, who claims to be an employee of his fundraising firm, although she is not listed on the website. He is also breaking his term limits pledge from when he first ran in 2000, and won't answer questions about when he first started dating the now little mrs.
Finally, and most disgustingly, a la Gingrich, he left his wife while she was battling Retinitis Pigmentosa, a degenerative disease that can severely damage both sight and hearing.
What a wonderful man! A natural to be a family-values spouting Republican...

The myth? That does it - I'm going to stop paying my student loans.
