Dick Cheney once asked in 1994 "Once you get rid of Saddam Hussein's government then what are you going to put in it's place?" Since March 20th, 2003 our troops have been fighting a war to determine just that. They have turned corners, brought the insurgency to it's last throes, and now are surging toward victory (so we are told again). Have we passed the point where victory with honor is unachievable? Have we replaced Saddam with something better?
