A young American woman in Iraq allegedly had to be rescued by the State Department after she was held in a shipping container without food or water for 24 hours after reporting that she was drugged and gang raped. The victim was able to get her hands on a phone and called her father in Texas who then contacted Republican Congressman Ted Poe who contacted the State Department.
