Whether or not you're a fan or agree with Biden on everything, he has shown his prescience on many foreign policy issues, most recently with his plan to partition Iraq (which to me, seem like it must be a part of the solution).

Joe is the man for the Dems... though they just don't realize it now... After they throw away the nomination with the very INEXPERIENCED Hillary C, they'll lament they didn't do the right thing and put a real leader in the spot.
