You fit a lot of information about Blackwater into this video, but there's more to this story, as I'm sure you well know.

Blackwater is totally funded by the U.S. taxpayer. This is how it works. Lobbying firms representing the private mercenary forces industry, which includes Blackwater, have very tight relationships with government officials in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). They sit down with these officials and convince them to recommend legislation and policies that fund their own private mercenary forces industry, which also pays their own lobbying fees. Then, these lobbyists walk over to Congress, with their so-called national security recommendations coming out of DHS, recommendations that give them weight with our elected representatives, and make sure our tax dollars keep flowing between our pockets, into the government, and then back out to their industry via DHS and the U.S. Congress. It completely undercuts the relationship that is supposed to exist between U.S. citizens and our representatives.

And who exactly is Blackwater answerable to? Not to Congress. Not to U.S. citizens. It takes its marching orders from the U.S. State Dept., which takes its orders from the executive branch, specifically from the Vice President's office.

Blackwater's latest U.S. State Dept. contract calls for increased deployment within U.S. borders. In other words, we are unwittingly paying our own government to finance a private military that can easily be used by our executive branch, during a state of martial law (which can be declared by them for any reason not to be disclosed to the American public for national security reasons), to suppress citizens' right to dissent, our constitutional rights to free speech and assembly, and to round up, arrest without warrant or due process, and detain indefinitely U.S. citizens declared by our President to pose a threat to our national security.

When you combine the threat that Blackwater poses to U.S. citizens' ability to rein in our government and keep it in its rightful place, with the soon-to-be-passed-by-the-Senate Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act (H.R. 1955/S. 1959), we can see that all the tools will soon be in place for an ideologically-driven executive branch to stage a coup and take over our democracy, supposedly to save our asses.

The Blackwater incident in which they "mistakenly" released two canisters of CS gas onto our own troops at a Baghdad checkpoint was in all liklihood a State Dept.-authorized covert test on U.S. troops to see if Blackwater can use this chemical on our own citizens for riot-control purposes at home.
