had a draft.

And everyone must now admit -the surge
has worked.

Not forgetting also that for eight years
there has not been a single terrorist
attack, or even incident, on American soil.

If you still REALLY want to protest the oil
-give up your stupid cars and sprawling
fat-ass, no-culture suburban lifestyles.

Hes rhetoric may not be as beautiful as Obamas; but at least the man has a plan and spoke upon it. Obama does exactly the opposite he is very vague on his plans to help this economy. He wants everyone to have healthcare and I promise if you elect him as president; one of two things will happen.

1) We wont get universal health care because the Dems have tried for almost 30 years and still havent achieved it.

2) We get universal health care and the Tax burden will increase and the quality of your care from your physicians decrease. I dont want my future wife to be, delivering my baby at what would be equall to a hospital ran as a DMV.

You self proclaimed liberals, get off your blinding Bush-hate and actually look at the facts.
This is great speech. The problem is that, so far, John McCain has not been this guy. He lies about his past record (OK, "lie" is a strong word..forgets might be nicer?). Agree or not with what he says, but look carefully at what he has actually DONE which is not at all like the ideals he offers up in this speech.
And if must hate, hate him for what he's done.

I got to be honest here...I'm a Libertarian who is voting for Ron Paul. That said, I really appreciate you liberals for putting up this great website and exposing this scumbag.

Great speech! Amazing how many idiots out there think that John would be bad for this country. They are the ones that voted for Bill Clinton I am sure. HE would only bring both parties together to get something done. Bill Clinton and George Bush are the ones that divided this country into what it is today.

I'm not a blogger ot a Youtuber....am I the only person in the whole world that saw McCain promising to make Bush's tax hikes permanant? He voted against them - it was a big deal to the Republicans!

Mccain declared in his victory speech: "We are the makers of history...not the victims of it" A pitiable crowd cheered, not even understanding the ramifications of the statement. Yes, as a most recent example, America was the maker of history in Iraq and its' inhabitants are the victims.

Yet the crowd cheered him on and they wonder why they are not liked the world over..
