Ended up running almost unopposed as it took two weeks to find some invisible Republican from upper new york state to step in... That said, she did work hard in the senate... and that's where she should stay. D.

Until recently, I had never heard of this guy. I don't live in the U.S., and we don't get whatever channel he's on over here in Spain.

The first couple of times I heard him, I was in the other room and couldn't see the screen. I heard his voice and could hear what he was saying, and I thought it was Fred Willard doing a brilliant take-off on a clueless news critter. Imagine my surprise when I saw it was for "real."
