I thought you were smarter than that John. During the Supreme Court ruling in Bush vs. Gore in Dec 2000 it was noted that the Court's insistence that the people still have "no federal constitutionsl right to vote." The people have only the voting privilieges our states choose to grant us.

Restrictions are racially discriminatory, in violation of democratic principles and international human rights law.

In New Mexico, Bush's victory over John Kerry was 5,900 votes and can be completely accounted for by "minority provisional ballots rejected". A study conducted by the US Department of Justice also discovered that Black voters are only one-fifth as likely to have photo ID's as white voters. Who lose out on ID challenges? it's voters of color.
