This "quarrel" seems as staged as everything else on Fox. Billo pauses and mumbles things like "awright" very softly when Geraldo is speaking...er, yelling, then when he continues, it's in his usual loud, loutish yell, from the first word to the last word. That is not spontaneous or passionate, that is a staged barking match.
