I thought tom did a great job. He happens to a very close friend and the book is a must read. I highly recommend getting the book and spreading it far and wide

Man I love seeing angry comments from people that don't know Colbert Report is a satirical news show.

By the way there's nothing to be frustrated about RK. You do get the jist of Tom Hayden's views. Also the bottom line is... buy his book and read it.

I love this show.

The whole point of Stephen Colbert's "character" (which is what he considers himself on this show) is parady & irony. He's the younger Bill O'Reilly (whom he lovingly calls "Papa Bear"). He preps his guests by telling them he's an A**hole, and they should react with that in mind... I do understand the frustration, tho, in not being able to hear/understand Tom Hayden's message...

If colbert would shut his damn mouth and let the man make his point it would be one hell of a lot better
