Opponents of universal healthcare are trying to derail reform by scapegoating immigrants. On Feb 12, 2008, immigrants and allies joined at a rally in front of the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC, to demand health for everyone in America.
The rally included stories from Americans affected by the lack of affordable, universal health care in our country. And they demanded that health care reform where everyone is in and no one is left out.
