Tommy Chong was right on so many levels. I'm glad to hear his is still smokin'. I thought his comment to Cavuto that his eyes would be opened if he smoked a little was on the money. When are these jerks for Fox News going to get it. Lies and distortions hurt America more than any thing else in the world. If the people can't get the truth at home, what do we have left in this country. I applaud Chong for tring and for even going on Fox News. I hope to read Chong's book soon. I voted for Bush in 2004 God was I wrong than and I won't be fooled again. Chong is right this man we have to call president is a moron and I look forward to changing that in 2008.

A stoner just owned Ted Nugent and Fox News all in one shot. What kind of luck is that? Usually Fox forages for the most benign, neutered guests to meagrely propose their slightly dissenting views (these guests also tend to not mind getting shouted over). Looks like Fox royally fucked up when they thought Tommy Chong was just some stoner that can't adequately express an opinion.

God it felt good to see Cavuto take it on the chin. That poor sap didn't even see it coming.

And yes, Mr. Cavuto: With the Iraq War and Dumsfeld's disastrous handling of it, Hurricane Katrina, the tanking US dollar, the ballooning US deficit, the gutting of civil rights in the name of security, the resurgence of the Taliban in Afganistan, the ever deteriorating situation in Pakistan, the dwindling public opinion of the US abroad, not to mention his many errors in queue card reading, Bush is, without a doubt, a complete and utter fucking moron.

When the rest of the gang at Fox starts using clips of this interview and referring to "Chong, spokesperson for the left," I hope the "we watch fox so you don't hafta" will work up a little something referring to "Rev. Hagee, spokesperson for the right."

If they aren't already, this character Hagee really needs to be strung up on the airwaves for what he is: a charismatic, nut-case leader of a wacko religious cult that bears a lot of resemblance to Jim Jones and his kool-aid drinkers of my youth.

Chong is always fun to watch, and yes, he makes way more sense than the Fox bobbleheads, but you know that O'Reilly and Hannity and guys like that feed off of televised appearances like this one with Chong.
