It is clear evidence of postraumatic crisis which all people who took part in combat have to deal with.
This young man could not do it by himself and cracked. Some people try to find escape in alcohol, drugs, violent behavior, some neglect their whole life, most of them have difficulties to reintegrate in society after their tour of duty.
They are also casualty of war.
And their families.
