Mar. 27 - The battered U.S. stock market is on track to have its first monthly rally since the autumn of 2007, but analysts still debating if the market downturn is over. The bulls pin their hopes on renewed confidence after a round of moves by the Federal Reserve to shore up the credit markets. But the bears say the stock market is likely to head lower under the weight of the housing slump and lack of clarity from the financial sector.
