McCain promises tax reform offers little detail
At Carnegie Mellon University John McCain promised to create a new, parallel tax system that would offer a simpler solution to paying taxes. The policy, announced on April 15th (when tax stress is possibly at its highest) is high on rhetoric but almost completely devoid of details.
