On the day of the Mukasey Attorney General Confirmation vote in the Senate Judiciary committee, CODEPINK activists were continually harrassed by Capitol Police as they waited in line for a public hearing. Jes Richardson, a resident of San Francisco California, was arrested for exercising his first amendment right to Free Speech by shouting "Shame on you for supporting torture."
