Arianna missed an opportunity, there, when the host was framing "not inviting Coulter" as censorship. One *could* call it censorship if a particular person is not invited to speak, but it could most definitely be called PROMOTION to continually bring such fringe figures and opinions into the mainstream media. Where's the 9/11 Truth movement representatives on Today and GMA? Are they being censored? Or are their views considered outside the mainstream and lacking in credibility?

Did I miss it in this video clip, or did it not address NBC's censorship of Arianna?

Huffington demonstated her courage, equanimity, and clarity of thought on Charlie Rose yesterday. She certainly would be a feather in NBC's cap to be included among those interview her and her book.

Huffington herself refuses to acknowledge the "reality" and "truth" and "facts" about 9/11. She lies on the continuum slightly farther left of the Fox News crazies and the "lunatic fringe" of the republican party. But she is still on the lying-to-the-country side of the continuum--at least with respect to the most important issue of this century.

A large part of the left today are comprised of elitist, wealthy, capitalist power seekers. They call other Democrtas whores and curse Democratic presidents and this country and the world will probably pay the price this Novemeber.

What you people need to understand is that Arianna isn't "left" by any stretch of the imagination. She loves taking corporate money, she loves capitalism, she loves being filthy rich, she loves being in a position of power and shutting up anyone who dares to challenge her. Arianna completely censors her site. You post one comment linking to a poll that shows Hillary ahead of Arianna's favorite Obama, and the comment gets deleted.

She screams about the Right being biased and resorting to propaganda to further an agenda, but that describes her own site!

Arianna is a big, big hypocrite. First of all, despite all the fancy stories she tells, in order to "succeed", she did what any respectable progressive woman would never do: marry a rich, bigoted (and even gay) oilman for his money. So, we really know what's her only true ideal: $$$.

Her website is famous for being THE most intolerant and fascistic in the whole blogosphere, where every opinion that doesn't fall in line with AIPAC and similar groups of neocon warmongers is systematically censored and people are taken their posting privileges daily for "serious" offenses like, you know, daring to say something not entirely flattering about the "queen" or daring to say something her corporate advertisers don't think should be "allowed" on the internet. Ariana makes many valid points. I've got a question: should these stations be made to apologize for interfering in the political process with this GeneralGate scheme? The Fourth Estate was caught red-handed, hands covered in the blood of troops and iraqis. It's that real.
