In an interview I conducted yesterday with Byron DeLear, who is running for Congress in Missouri's 2nd District, the candidate called for the addition of the 28th Amendment to the Constitution to "secure the vote". DeLear also spoke about the role of Big Money and lobbyists in silencing the voice of ordinary Americans during our short conversation.
