Monument to Failure: Military Builds Wall Around Sadr City.
In what can only be described as a giant monument to the U.S. military's failure to quell the violence in Iraq and unite the country, they have given up and are attempting to wall off the entire town of Sadr City, the home of the greatest concentration of insurgents in Iraq. Think of this the next time they tell you "The Surge is working!"
