American Taxpayers are paying $174 Million Dollars to the Salmon Fishing Industry because of the Salmon crisis. Generous Earmarks put into effect without votes. Farmers paid not to plant farms, Fishermen paid not to catch fish why don't they use that money to harvest more fish?
