He's a politician who will try to alter what materials are given to schoolchildren by actual medically trained educators. And now his running mate believes that no sex ed should be taught except abstinence.
I don't want to mud-sling at Sarah Palin's private life, but there's an example -- front and center -- of what happens without sex ed -- an unplanned, unwed teenage mom.
Actually, I should feel bad. Palin sent a PRESS RELEASE about her own poor daughter's pregnancy to every major U.S. media outlet. So it's not the media digging into her life, it's her using her kids as political tools to preach about social issues.
Maybe she can get a receptionist job at the McCain clinic.

Right. His stance on the "actual" education of sex is the stance of the fundamentalist organizations that fund his campaign. And religious fundamentalists, we tend to agree, have been dangerous to America.
