Perhaps INSECURITY. It seems their manhood is threatened by gay men in particular, because it may tempt them into a sexual act with another of the same gender. It's the insecurity of knowing within oneself to let live no matter WHO/WHAT the image of God, and not judge. Just like the scriptures say...but these so-called religious nuts like to kick God off His throne and judge another human...tsk...tsk..tsk. Fast train ride to hell for sure.
