Not just once either. The only reason it got passed was it was attached to a huge spending bill for his beloved endless war. War Hero? 36 times he was taped giving the Vietcon information while in captivity. Why has he done everything in his power to lock those tapes up for the next several decades? Everyone cracks but eventually you have to retain some self respect. He lost any self respect remaining in himself after GW took him inside that bus of his in 2000. Maybe you need to do some research. He said that Iraq would "be easy". Iraq revenues would fund the war. Now he is talking out of the other side of his swollen jaw. Real substance comes from stating a position or having some opinion and then not seeing yourself say exactly the opposite on an earlier tape.
