The 109th Congress passed a nuclear trade bill as they finished their legislative business that permits India to purchase nuclear fuel and technology from the US. Joe Cirincione of the Center for American Progress says this is a decision that America could come to regret and might spark a nuclear arms race in southeast Asia.
