JOHN MCCAIN: "And the $5,000 dollar tax credit or whatever part of it is, is, is, is devoted that. If there's money left over you can invest in a health savings account. [applause] So what I'm talking about is giving Americans choices and those choices then lead to competition. Those choices then lead to competition. And insurance companies, insurers all over America, will compete for that, for that $5,000 dollar tax credit that every American family will have. Now is it enough? It, it may not be. Nothing will ever be enough if we continue to have double digit inflation associated with healthcare in America"
