(July 10, 2008) The world watched as Colombian soldiers "fooled" the rebel group FARC into releasing 15 hostages including 3 Americans and Colombian politician Ingrid Betancourt. The Colombian government claimed the entire operation was implemented without guns, without ransom, and solely by the Colombians. But what about the $20 million dollars?
