Nuclear Waste Policy Act" which limited science
to (geologic isolation) or burial of nuclear waste. This put cost effective alternatives in
limbo! Obviously, they WANTED nuclear waste! It
will fulfill a lot of agendas!

in 1979. Dr. Roy was offered millions of dollars
by a group of five lawyers for the Patent rights.
About to sign contracts, Dr. Roy then said he
would be available as a consultant to their
company. Then these lawyers said it is not going to be developed but shelved. They wanted to kill
it! Dr. Roy refused. It is still available.

Roy, professor of nuclear physics emeritus, to
invent the Roy Process for photon transmutation
of nuclear waste to zero radioactivity. It is cost
effective and uses current technology.
