Bosnian Serb wartime president Radovan Karadzic, one of the world's most wanted men, has been arrested in Serbia. Karadzic has been indicted twice for genocide for the 43-month siege of Sarajevo which claimed 12,000 lives. It is believed he also orchestrated the 1995 massacre of about 7,500 Muslims at Srebrenica, the worst atrocity in Europe since World War Two. Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips has the details.
