And, uh, I know that you know, that there's been a lot of back and forth about this issue. With whether we've succeeded or not, and whether the surge was succeeded or not. And I would remind you, there are people in this room that remember very well, that well over a year ago when everybody declared my candidacy dead and I said that the strategy had failed, we got to do the surge, and the surge ended succeeding, and we will succeed. We have succeeded and we will win the war in Iraq. We are winning that war! We are winning that war. "
