first of all i will try to explain my side evendo i dont speak good english i ask help long time ago from NACA. but there's nohting they could do now i could them on the july 23,24 &25 2008 i called there # 1-888-302-6222 but all i get is counselor is away from there desk or on the other line please leave a message and your phone # will call you right away but 3 days now i dont hear anything from them i'm behind on my mortgage for 2 months i thought they prioritize those kind of homeowners i di ask for help last year i cannot remeber but same thing all they asking from me is short sales i want to keep my home atleast they called me back its been 3 days i've behind 2 months now and they are only busy helping homeowners from washington area how about bay area,contra costa, solano area we need help too especially homeowners whose behind 2 to 3 months already i try my best to pay whatever i have all my money form my paycheck i have and unffordable interest only ARM loans. i hope NACA call me as soon as possible 2 months behind already if not they should called themselves NACA FOR NOTHING.

Both sides are to blame. There were predatory lenders, but there has to be personal responsibility. If we don't spread the blame, we may as well acknowledge socialism as our form of government right now.
