Joe Biden was the Democratic champion of ensuring the Iraq Resolution was endorsed without opposition refusing testimony from the likes of WMD inspector Scott Ritter or others who would warn of disastrous consequences of an invasion of Iraq. Joe Biden was an active supporter of the invasion of Iraq, but now joins those condemning the management of the invasion. Look for more of the same foreign policy of militarization of the Middle East based on the Biden's record. It's nice to feel the enthusiasm for such an assertive VP candidate for a better chance at winning the WhiteHouse, but we need more realistic analyses of historical positions of these candidates.
