MITT ROMNEY: "[...] I do not believe in the moving our nuclear stockpile and our nuclear weapons. I believe that in a world where you have a nation like Iran developing nuclear technology. This is a nation that sits on a lake of virtual free energy. Developing with as much haste as they can accomplish, the enrichment of uranium for the apparent purpose of creating nuclear weapons. If they're able to do such a thing other nations would follow that same course. This is not a time, in my view, for us to shrink from having our own nuclear arsenal. Nor for us to shrink from technology development which is within the nuclear proliferation treaty. So I'm certainly not going to fall outside of our obligations, but I'm also not going to unilaterally weaken America, from a nuclear standpoint, at a time when we face a nuclear risk of some significance. Thank you."
