MITT ROMNEY: [...] And right now, with the economy sort of fragile, [...] one thing you do is you keep the tax burden down, you don't raise taxes if you want the economy to get stronger. I want to kill the death tax once and for all. And I also want to have a special savings tax break for people earning $200,000 a year and less. My view is that there should be a new tax rate on your savings. And that's interest and dividends, and capitol gains, all your savings income, in my view, should be taxed at the rate of zero. Let people save their money as they like."
