I think your points are WELL taken. The lie about our parents and Christmas brings those points to it's most simplistic form, that who could deny that? I do not believe (because of the evidence) that man landed on the moon, but it was in our country's best interest to lie in order for us to catch up and pass Russia in space technology. It still amazes me that the Russians never made it to the moon, even if it was to match us. Think about it!
