Iraq's national football team beat South Korea in Kuala Lumpur in the semi-final of the Asian Football Cup 2007. The 'Lions of Mesopotamia' booked their place in the final of the Asian Cup by beating them 4-3 on penalties after the game finished scoreless after extra-time.
