After being originally hailed as 'the BBC of the Middle East,' Al-Jazeera has gotten a bum rap as 'the terrorist network.' This week they launch an international version in English version--but so far US cable companies have locked them out. Media diversity suffers once again at the hands of corporate news and media companies.
