Who the hell says that we should in anyway RESPECT anyone that is running for president. The last time I looked the title was "President", not KING. I applaud the idea that Americans are getting a little fed up and pissed off and in response becoming cynical and non-respectful. Give us something to respect and we will, until then we'll treat you like you should be treated.
