I come 2 your site 4 my daily fix. This song is re-enforcement of my beliefs. As a Canadian, I pay my small way of respect from highway overpass on our renamed Highway of Heroes, as many citizens, police, firemen, etc., flags waving, watch as our own are sadly brought back 2 our country, 2 their families from Afghanistan. It is not just a U.S. issue - Canada & other countries are in Afghanistan fighting & dying because of Bush.

I am a songwriter too, and every once in a while I come accross a song that completely humbles me, and I find it hard to write for a week or so. After listening to your song, I'll be lucky to get another line out in the next month. Fantastic job, clever, truthful, passionate, relevant and executed brilliantly. Having a voice that reminds me of Roger Daltry's empassioned deliverence of Tommy doesn't hurt either. I wish you a ton of success with this project!!

I'm confused. On the contest page the deadline is June 29, but on your web site it says June 22. Also, the announcement of the winner is set for different dates. You might want to clarify that.
