Spain's King Juan Carlos is making a controversial trip to the country's enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla in northern Morocco.
Rabat is unhappy about the visit, saying the two cities belong to Morocco. It's even recalled its ambassador to Madrid in protest.
The Spanish government won't back down, and argues the two cities have belonged to Spain for more than 400 years.
