The "System" isn't some untouchable, immovable and magical wall that we can't affect. It's a collection of very real sub-systems which we can and must attend to. Representative Government requires not only values and the vote (both essential), but it requires systems re-enabling neglected lines of opinion/motivation flow between citizen/voters and citizen/implementers.(Isn't obscure language fun!)

I haven't really spent much time on it... but P.U.D. Accounts (Pooled, User-Determined Accounts) and the highly saturated, persistant and stable user-base they create, establish a platform worth billions I would imagine. And I do need to make some serious bucks so I can focus on other solutions about ready. I'm just not as greedy as some others. However, this may be best resident under a non-profit, foundation structure. It's basic and other derivative capabilities not discussed here must be very well protected to secure their civic functions. This is shortened version for Debate Submission
