President Bush revealed in an interview on February 1, 2007 that he made up his mind that a major change was necessary in Iraq in September/October. This mashup tries to give perspective to this admission.
As an aside, the fact that President Bush knew in advance that his deliberation would be long and steady strikes me as more than a bit odd.
