Center for American Progress Action Staffers were out in force in Washington to raise awareness for the new Project Phin: Clean My Ride campaign aimed at getting Congress to raises the average fuel mileage standards and to encourage the use of flexible fuels. The campaign is centered around a web-based movie featuring actors Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jennifer Garner, Sarah Silverman, Jason Biggs, Joshua Jackson and others.
